What people want to know before they commit
How quickly can someone be here?
Usually fifteen to twenty-five minutes anywhere on the northside. You get a real figure, and a phone call if it changes.
Is the price on the phone the final price?
Yes. Call-out and labour together in one number, quoted before we leave, and it stays that number unless you add work.
Do you charge extra after midnight?
No. Same price at 2am as at 2pm.
Will my lock survive?
Nearly always. We pick or bypass first. Drilling only happens when a lock cannot open any other way, and only after we have told you what replacing it costs.
Can you rekey a rental between tenants?
Yes, and it is a better idea than collecting keys back. Rekeying takes minutes per lock and means every copy that walked out the door is now useless.
Do you do restricted keys for a shop?
Yes. Restricted profiles mean keys can only be cut by us, on your authority, which is the difference between a key register and a hope.
